Booking in advance is recommended to secure availability, especially if you need more than one locker. You can also rent at the machine when lockers are available.

We are open every day from 07:00 to 21:00, including Sundays and public holidays. Please drop off and collect your luggage within these hours.

L: 37 PLN per day (approximately €8.50). XL: 70 PLN per day (approximately €16). Prices are per locker, so you can store several items together if they fit.

L: 1 cabin suitcase and 1 backpack, or 2 medium backpacks.

XL: 2 cabin suitcases and 2 backpacks, or 1 large suitcase.

Start the rental before placing anything inside a locker. Do not use a locker simply because its door is open.

For a rental at the machine, use the red main control unit:

1. Select a locker size.
2. Choose your personal PIN.
3. Pay by card or cash.
4. Place your luggage in the locker that opens.
5. Close the door securely.

For an online booking, follow the access instructions sent by email.

At the machine, you can pay by card, including contactless, or with Polish złoty banknotes.

The machine does not accept coins and does not give change. Online bookings are paid through the website checkout.

Yes, you can open it as many times as you need during the paid rental period.

1. Select “Pick up items” on the screen.
2. Choose your locker number and enter your PIN.
3. Select “I don’t want to end the rental”, then “Continue”.
4. Close the locker when you have finished.

Choose the option to keep the rental active so you can continue using your locker.

4. Remove all your belongings when the door opens.

Check that you have taken everything and close the locker before leaving.

Keep your PIN somewhere safe. If you forget it, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. After verifying your rental, we will help you regain access to the locker.

Drop-off and collections are not possible from 21:00 to 07:00.

Please plan your collection accordingly.

In some instances, the shop will close at 23:00 and open at 06:00. You can try these hours in case of emergency, but service is not guaranteed.

If you couldn’t collect and have already left Kraków, contact us about returning your luggage. Shipping arranged by us costs the courier fee plus a 100 PLN handling fee. Alternatively, you can arrange a courier collection from us, at your own expense, without any additional handling fees.

You can store suitcases, backpacks, shopping bags and other personal belongings that fit inside your chosen locker.

If an item does not fit in our lockers, contact us before visiting. We will help you explore a suitable solution.

Yes. If you need a locker for more than 4 days, contact us to discuss a longer rental and an available discount.

The facility is monitored by CCTV 24/7, including overnight when it is closed. The lockers have an anti-theft system, and the building has round-the-clock security.

For rentals longer than 4 days, contact us before booking to ask about a long-stay discount.

You can cancel an online booking up to 48 hours before the booking start time. Your payment will be refunded minus the payment processor’s transaction fee of approximately 2%.

Refunds are returned to the card used for payment and usually appear within 5–7 days, depending on your bank.

If you used an open locker before starting a rental, try selecting that same locker on the control screen. If it is available, complete the rental, set your PIN and pay. The locker will open, you can close it and from that moment it’s yours to use.

If the locker is not available on the screen, it may still belong to a previous rental. Contact us for help accessing your belongings.

To avoid this problem, always start a rental before putting luggage inside a locker.

Check that your card has sufficient funds and that your banking app allows the transaction. Hold the card at the terminal long enough to be read, or try inserting the chip. A contactless payment may fail if your bank requires a PIN the terminal cannot accept.

To try another card or switch to cash, restart the rental process on the touchscreen. Select cash payment at the payment step if you prefer to use banknotes. The machine does not give change.

You receive a receipt immediately after booking. A second email with your assigned locker number and access instructions is sent in the evening before your booking. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

Collect your luggage during opening hours: 07:00–21:00 every day. Please plan to arrive before closing and select “End rental” when you collect your belongings for the final time.
